AOC Energy Systems, LLC provides operations, management, marketing and technical consulting
services in a wide range of energy markets. AOC Energy Systems provides its clients
with the following services:

The founders of AOC Energy Systems, LLC came from DOE with experience
as procurement officials, directors of operations & management,
production floor managers, and contract administrators. AOC has been the Lead or
Capture Manager on almost every DOE large production, complex, government facility
procurement over the past 25 years. During that time AOC has achieved a greater than
74% win rate on these efforts. Since the announcement of the American Recovery and
Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), we have been assigning teams to work full time with
clients applying for ARRA grants. We have the knowledge and expertise not only of the
requirements of the Department of Energy, but with the ARRA grant process as well.
AOC has already completed competitive grant applications
for hundreds of millions of dollars in ARRA funding.
Current Projects and Services
- Support to the Office of Fossil Energy, US DOE through AOC Petroleum Services, LLC.
- Operation, management and marketing of Ethanol Terminals in the southeast United
States for a private client
- Capture, transition and Program Management Services to the National Alliance of
Transportation Batteries (NAATBat) for the design, construction and operation of a
major Lithium-Ion manufacturing facility in Kentucky
- Capture management and grant preparation assistance to a wide-range of ARRA Grant
requests in the fields of energy storage, Smart Grid, Hydro Power, Carbon
Sequestration, and Broadband Communications.
- Familiar with DOE terminology and specific writing skills to obtain the highest
possible evaluation score
- Red Teams familiar with ARRA criteria to ensure compliance
with the grant process
- Production and delivery process specifically tailored to DOE grant applications
