Who We Are
AOC Intel Systems, a Veteran-Owned Small Business, was formed to provide IT technical support to
satisfy intelligences systems services to our nation's intelligence services.
AOC Intel Systems is comprised of two owners: American Operations Corporation (AOC) and DHA Group, Inc.
American Operations Corporation (AOC) is the lead company and managing member of Intel Systems. AOC
provides support to critical government programs and facilities, including the DOE Office of Fossil
Energy, Navy facilities and critical intelligence communications fiber networks throughout the
eastern United States.
