Who We Are

AOC Intel Systems, a Veteran-Owned Small Business, was formed to provide IT technical support to satisfy intelligences systems services to our nation's intelligence services. AOC Intel Systems is comprised of four members: American Operations Corporation (AOC), Logos Technologies (Logos), Applied Technologies Corporation (ATCorp), and NetServices.

American Operations Corporation (AOC) is the lead company and managing member of Intel Systems. AOC provides support to critical government programs and facilities, including the DOE Office of Fossil Energy, Navy facilities and critical intelligence communications fiber networks throughout the eastern United States.

Logos delivers innovative technology and program solutions enabling critical mission operations for the Government (Defense, Intelligence Community, and civilian agencies) as well as commercial clients. Logos provides end-to-end, secure program solutions enabling mission critical operations for the IC. Logos' forward-looking capabilities include biometrics, advanced information operations support and advanced hardware design.

Applied Technologies Corporation (ATCorp) is a small business that focuses on IT Operations and Maintenance in both DoD and DHS. ATCorp has successfully partnered with other small companies in Joint Ventures and have won and transitioned over 68 classified tasks and 182 cleared people in various IDIQ vehicles.

NetServices provides an IT team of cleared engineers, analysts and program managers that has served the intelligence community for over 10 years. NetServices provides IT solutions for a wide-range of clients. NetServices specializes in providing solutions within the areas of Intelligence Analysis, Engineering/Integration, Training and Cyber Security.
