Outline and Compliance Analysis

American Operations Corporation uses proven tools and processes to ensure compliance with RFP requirements and to maximize evaluation point scores. Our Outline and Compliance tools are created at the outset of every proposal, and are kept at the forefront of the writing and review process to ensure that no elements of the RFP are left unaddressed. We prepare Summary and Detailed Outlines to capture the compliance requirements, and produce an Evaluation Scoring Tree to capture all of the evaluation criteria found in Section M. Our compliance tools array all RFP requirements, including L, M, C, H, I, Questions and Answers, Amendments, and RFP attachments.
