Counter Narcoterrorism Technology Program Office (CNTPO) (Prime)
CNTPO is an acquisition program office working directly in support of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low Intensity Conflict (OASD-SO/LIC) through the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Counter Narcotics and Global Threats (DASD-CN). The DASD-CN is the single focal point for DoD’s Counternarcotics and Global Threats activities. The activities of the DASD-CN span the full spectrum of response to the illicit exchange continuum and other forms of organized crime. AOC Mission Services LLC supports the requirements for Program and Programmatic Support.
Homeland Defense and Security Technical Area Tasks (HD TAT) (Prime)
HD TAT is a multiple award IDIQ contract that supports all Homeland Defense and Security-related RDT&E and R&D related A&AS services. This includes all aspects of identified or potential military, national security-related, and dual use applications of information technologies, as well as the development of tools and techniques that enhance the mission of the DoD Research and Engineering community.
Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) Program (Prime)
EAGLE provides global, integrated logistics services including installation provided by the Directorates of Logistics (DOL) at CONUS and OCONUS installations; Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS); Theater Provided Equipment (TPE); Direct Theater Support; Left Behind Equipment (LBD); Pre-Deployment Training Equipment (PDTE); New Equipment Training (NET); New Equipment Fielding; and RESET.
GSA IT Schedule 70 (Prime)
GSA IT schedule 70 provides federal, state and local government agencies with information technology (IT) and telecommunications hardware, software, and professional services including: Hardware Design/Fabrication; Installation Services; IT Products; IT Services; Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Services; Systems Integration; Training, Education, Distance Learning; Website Design/Development/Maintain.
FBI ITAP Equipment Refresh (Prime)
The FBI Information Technology Services Division (ITSD), Work Space Support Unit (WSU) has a requirement to purchase and replace existing information technology equipment for deployment in FBI Headquarters and Field Offices, and to allow for advance technology within FBI organizations. The charter of the ITAP program is to enable all FBI organizations to obtain standard non-mainframe IT hardware and enable ITSD to identify, schedule, and refresh operational IT hardware to avoid obsolescence. The ITAP Program will establish multiple replacement desktops for use by the FBI in its Top Secret, Secret, and Unclassified network environments.
NAVAIR UAS ISR Services (Prime)
AOC subsidiary PAE ISR, delivers the Resolute Eagle UAS, a medium-endurance, Tier II class, fixed wing UAS with NAVAIR Category 3 Interim Flight Clearance, carrying MULTINT payloads, to the US Navy in support of ISR services at remote locations for CENTCOM and AFRICOM missions.
SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements amongst 2400+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders.
Process Improvement, Reengineering, Management and Data Services (PIRMDS) (Sub)
PIRMDS provides the Department of the Navy, Naval Supply Systems Command, (NAVSUP) Weapon Systems Support, Mechanicsburg, with services that fulfil requirements for improvement, reengineering, and data contractor support services in support of NAVSUP Business Systems Center (NAVSUP BSC) post Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The NAVSUP BSCBUS mission is necessarily changed by Navy ERP and its implications. BSC is transitioning from the acquisition of an IT solution to the management of automated business processes and their associated data. In the post-ERP world, automation services require careful and aggressive alignment with business processes. Additionally, data aggregation, governance, analysis and sharing services will be required to enable ownership cost reduction studies and the process changes they will spotlight.
DHS PACTS (Sub)
The Program Management, Administrative, Clerical and Technical Services (PACTS) is a Department-wide service contract for acquiring non-IT service solutions. This procurement effort is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) in accordance with FAR 19.14. AOC currently holds a contract under Functional Category – 2, Administrative.
