vehicles. These indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) programs cover many aspects of AOC's
capabilities, including Aviation Services, Intel Technology, IT Services, and Program Management.
Contract Vehicles
AOC's Contract Vehicles include the following programs:
eFAST: The Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) program is designed to offer the FAA a comprehensive solution for acquiring management, engineering, and technical support services. As an eFAST Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) holder, AOC Aviation Services, LLC, is qualified to offer under the following Functional Areas: Air Transportation Support, Systems Engineering, Computer/Information Systems Development, Computer Systems Support, Documentation and Training, and Maintenance and Repair.

QREWS: Quick Reaction Engineering for Warfighter Sensing (QREWS) is an 18 month, small business set-aside, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract with a maximum of $245M. This procurement will enable NVESD (Night Vision Electronic Sensors Directorate) to perform its Warfighter critical mission of research, development, experimentation, engineering, prototyping and field support of Night Vision, Electro-Optical, Electronic Sensors, and Countermine and Counter-Improvised Explosive Device systems.
PACTS: Program Management, Administrative, Clerical and Technical Services (PACTS) for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). PACTS is a Department-wide service contract for acquiring non-IT services. PACTS provides services for the Department through a series of functional categories. As a subcontractor to Centuria, AOC is proud to offer DHS support under Functional Category 3, Clerical Services.
