AOC has a Long and Successful History with DOE

AOC was formed in 1983 by individuals who came out of DOE as procurement officials, director of operations & management, production floor managers, and contract administrators.  During AOC's 25 years of experience we have immersed ourselves in almost every DOE large production facility procurement and grant application at DOE. We are intimately familiar with the DOE application process and the DOE culture.

We Understand the DOE Culture and Application Process.

We understand the DOE rules of cost accounting and cost sharing. We have the expertise that only comes with a long track record of wins. This experience enables us to target our proposals precisely, to obtain the highest possible evaluation score.
  • We have the agency specific writing skills and are comfortable converting industry terminology to DOE terminology.
  • We bring experts to our Red Teams with the DOE proposal and grant winning experience to accurately assess the DOE criteria and ensure the compliance of your submission.
  • AOC has developed a proprietary, software-driven, DOE SF 424 compliant, production and delivery process specifically tailored to these complex DOE grant applications.

We are Actively Engaged in Recovery Act Grant Applications.

Recently AOC acted as the "Quarterback Proposal Manager" for the National Alliance of Advanced Transportation Batteries (NAATBatt) to respond to the $1.2 billion Electric Drive Vehicle Battery and Component Manufacturing Initiative (DE-FOA-0000026).  As part of this initiative AOC also participated in the writing, graphics development, and packaging of this proposal. We are familiar with DE-FOAs and the SF 424 requirements. If a company chooses to use AOC, leveraging its experience and compliance based, proposal development and submission processes, to support their grant application, they will have a substantial advantage over their competitors and be in a position to move forward very quickly.

AOC has a Very High Win Rate at DOE.
