Program Management & Facilities

AOC supports clients seeking to provide services to the Federal Government in the areas of Program Management and Operations and Maintenance (O&M). We have experience working with the Navy, the Air Force, as well as other Federal agencies.

Our O&M services include providing Project Management, Local Area Network (LAN) maintenance, a Quality Control Inspections Management Application, support to the COTS MP2 Computer-based Maintenance Management System, Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) Operation and Maintenance, property control & warehousing, Human resources management, and Health and Safety programs.

AOC is also able to offer our proprietary Performance Measurement Dashboards, through PerformanceNet, to enhance the Program Management capabilities of our clients. Our dashboards provide near real-time, web-based performance reporting to both clients and Government agencies.

AOC Program Management and Facilities Wins

• AOC Support Services provides full engineering, operation, logistics and maintenance support for the NAF El Centro Air Force base in El Centro, CA.
• AOC provided full proposal and production support for Trade Center Management Associates in their winning bid for management of the Ronald Reagan International Trade Center. PerformanceNet provides performance measurement for this contract.
• Battlespace Flight Services provides CONUS and OCONUS Program Management and Maintenance support to the USAF Predator (MQ-1) Unmanned Aerial System through prime contracts with USAF Air Combat Command and USAF Special Operations Command.
