Naval Air Facility (NAF) El Centro is a moderately sized military
installation containing an operational airfield and support facilities.
The physical plant consists of approximately 255 buildings (over one
million square feet) situated on the main Base site and several remote
sites totaling over 115,000 acres as well as various other structures
and facilities consisting of runways and taxiways, liquid fuel storage
and dispensing facilities, natural gas distribution lines, water
treatment plant and distribution system, fire alarm and street light
systems, sewage collection lines, pumping stations and treatment plant,
streets, electric distribution system, ammunition magazines, microwave
towers, weapons impact ranges, and various recreational facilities.
Range area is located approximately 16 miles northwest of the main
base. The area is used for aircraft weapons training and includes
Targets 103 and 101, and parachute drop zones; Targets 68 and 95 that
are located approximately 40 and 52 miles respectively northeast of the
main base.
In addition to fleet support, NAF El Centro also provides services for tenant activities such as the Navy Regional Medical and Dental Branch Clinic, Navy Exchange, Commissary Store, Personnel Support Activity Detachment, Medium Attack Weapons Detachment, Resident Officer in Charge of Construction, and the Naval Oceanographic Unit. NAF El Centro is also the winter home of the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy's precision aerobatic team that trains at NAF for three months each winter.

Description of Work Performed
As the current incumbent base operating support services (BOSS) contractor at NAF El Centro, we provide Project Management, Quality, and Safety programs to our 120+ employees. Our employees provide BOS services under 20 annexes. The annexes are: Management & Administration; Airfield Facilities; Passenger Terminal & Cargo Handling; Ground Electronics & Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE); Supply; MWR; Bachelor Housing; Janitorial; Facilities Management; Facilities Investment; Pest Control; Grounds Maintenance; Street Sweeping; Swimming Pools; Electrical; Gas; Wastewater; Water; Base Support Vehicles & Equipment (BSV&E)' and EnvironmentalEl Centro Functions
