American Operations Corporation (AOC) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides strategic service to the US Government. AOC is an enterprise that has four corporate divisions whose mission is to focus on the following areas:
AOC’s mission, as the parent and managing partner of these divisions, is to synergistically organize these collective capabilities to include teaming with third party companies to meet our customers needed solutions through competition in the marketplace. As contracts are awarded to the divisions, AOC, the parent, provides all back office support such as accounting, finance, marketing, & bid and proposal support.
AOC’s business model is very flexible where corporate division capabilities may be combined to address unique government requirements whereby one of the division entities will act as lead and prime the contract. On occasion, where a government requirement is large and requires multiple capabilities, AOC itself may prime the target utilizing all the enterprise capability of the AOC divisions.
