Gina Baker Field serves as the Vice Chairman of American Operations Corporation (AOC) where she has broad areas of oversight of the firm’s personnel, facility, website, benefits and corporate development programs. Mrs. Field began her career at AOC as Director of Human Resources and has served and directed the firm’s personnel and facility growth for over 30 years. 

Michelle Silvia

Michelle Silvia serves as the Chief Financial Officer of American Operations Corporation (AOC) and its operating subsidiaries. Ms. Silvia holds primary management responsibility and operating controls for all finance and accounting activities to include: A/P, A/R, payroll, benefits, contracts management, cash flow, general ledger, monthly and year-end financial reporting, banking relations, and DCAA audits.  In previous years as Senior VP and Chief Operating Officer of AOC, Ms. Silvia was accountable for the oversight of finance and accounting, personnel management, contracts management, marketing systems, and management of office systems and procedures.

While with Price Waterhouse LLP, Ms. Silvia was responsible for managing the proposal process for billion-dollar business development projects. Prior to that, Ms. Silvia performed marketing activities at AOC on behalf of Fortune 500 companies in the sectors of environmental cleanup and restoration, facility management services, and construction management and development. 

Ms. Silvia holds active Top Secret clearance and a B.A. in Economics with a Minor in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia.

Doug Thomas

Doug Thomas has been the Chief Operating Officer of American Operations Corporation since 2015. As COO he is responsible for leading corporate staff in day-to-day operations and supporting AOC enterprise companies providing services and support to multiple Government agencies. Prior to being appointed COO, Doug was a Senior Vice President for Mission Services responsible for Business Development, Capture Management, and Project/Program Management responsibilities within Facilities Management, Base Operations Support Services and Logistics Services Lines of Effort. Prior to joining AOC, Doug served on active in the United States Marine Corps for 30 years.     

Glenn Cann

CAPT Glenn E. Cann, USN (ret) brings over 35 years of knowledge and expertise in developing, leading, and growing companies, business units, and programs to achieve strategic business results in the highly technical and complex fields of engineering, production, operations, and quality management; integration of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) systems and payloads; engineering, integration, and operations of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and sensors; and engineering, design, construction, operations, modernization, depot maintenance, and inactivation of industrial plants, naval nuclear reactor plants, aircraft carriers, submarines, surface ships, and weapon systems.

Colette Creech

Colette manages Proposal Operations within the AOC family of companies. As a student and steward of the AOC Proposal Process, she strives to guide AOC to deliver outstanding proposal responses to customers. Colette is an APMP Certified Professional and a Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor. Colette holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
